Well, from some of the testimony I read from the doctor Michael hired for Terri, it seems as though the doctor just takes Michael's word for everything regarding Terri's condition. Michael TOLD him therapy would do no good for Terri, so doc just accepted that - didn't bother to check for himself. So if Mikey tells doc that he's going to pull her feeding tube, I guess you could say that the doctor could, truthfully, say she is terminal.

"...Those who have sued the hospice are dedicated employees who care about hospice and are outraged at the happenings going on at the hospice, with management's approval. They are certainly NOT in it for the money. The employees suing the hospice turned down thousands of dollars offered by the hospice management (if they would shut their mouths and keep quiet about the shenanigans at the hospice); the employees refused to be BOUGHT!
You say that Mary Labyak, "even Mary Labyak" cares about the patients. If she "cared," she would not be opening up the hospice to be a place to kill the NON-terminal Terri Schindler Schiavo. ****** Yes, she and the hospice administration DO have the power (and obligation by law) to refuse admission to the hospice of patients who are NOT terminal! Yet, Mary is actively cooperating in the scheme to have Terri killed at the hospice. Why? Because she does NOT care about Terri and believes hospice should be transformed into a place where "aid in dying" can be "given" to the severely disabled. Sounds so "wonderful!" ..."
"....And if you wish to see who is after the money, look at the salary of Mary Labyak and the salaries of most of the employees at the for-PROFIT subsidiary of the hospice. Millions of dollars have been transferred from the hospice itself and taken to fill the pockets of Mary, Teresa Craig and others (by overpaying them for services at the for-profit subsidiary of the nonprofit hospice). And as a side note, why are donations to the hospice paying for Teresa Craig to fly every week from Kansas to Florida, back and forth, for YEARS, and she only works a few days a week? Tell THAT to the donors! Who is after money? The greedy administrators who are misusing donated money and transferring it away from direct patient care services at the hospice (which is was donated for).
Who is after the money? Your close associate, former chairman of the board, GEORGE FELOS who has accepted much of the money intended for Terri Schiavo's care. Who else is after the money? MICHAEL SCHIAVO who is quoted as saying, "I'm going to get rich!" and "when is that bitch going to die?" No, if anyone is "after the money" it is Mary Labyak, and the gang she hangs out with, including the two convicted felons knowingly hired at the hospice to help the hospice VICE-president of Finances. - end note by Ron P]
