Based on the sheer volume of filings, this right is being enforced with a vengeance.

WRONG. Terri has never been represented by counsel. For a brief time she had a Guardian Ad Litem, but when he said he thought that Terri's tube should not be removed, hubby asked him to be removed. Greer obliged. And he was never replaced.

I can show where Greer has fallen down on the job on at least half of these rights, but this one jumped out at me.

If you had been following this for even a couple of months you would see what a travesty of justice this is. This is positively frightening, and I guarantee you I will NEVER step foot in Florida because of it. Unfortunately, this will eventually reach all of us.

I have a problem with my PC that will not let me send mail to the Yahoo help group so I am asking that this be forwarded on through Terris Hope. We here in the UK want you to know that we have sent out e-mails for most of the day .... automated response was what we got back .... so this afternoon several of us tried to ring Gov Bush and the President .

Only 4 managed to get through to Gov. Bush and the line to President Bush was on a continual "leave a message mode" then finally when it did ring there was no reply ! We are praying, doing what we can to do group prayers where 15 of us at any one time are continuously in prayer. We are with you all the way ... this dear girl must NOT have her life taken in this barbaric manner by those who have a vested interest in her death. Why is this Judge not thrown out of this case like yesterday !!!

There must be sinister agenda's going on that will leave an unfeeling and callous man in charge of the verdict to kill this dear girl ... because kill her is what it would be called in my eyes. We feel so sad .. and helpless to but please lets keep the faith going ... The Father may yet slap them down with a hand so firm they will never ever be the same again ... I am not a vengeful person but I WANT vengence for Terri and an eye for an eye springs to my mind as time moves on. If I sound off my horse and on a donkey here then I shall make no apology for that as this sad happening hads nearly driven us ALL insane .... but there is NO get out clause ... we MUST make sure that this dear soul and her loving family are reunited in love and care for good.
