What would you suggest they do? Would there be any purpose for which a judge somewhere could subpoena Terri? I would think Judge Greer's declarations would have no effect upon another judge's subpoena. If Terri does anything which can be described on record as responsive, that would unambiguously contradict the allegations of her being in a terminal vegitative state.
