What a mess of drivel~~
I'm dumbfounded that this idiot writer is belaboring the nominee's moves and where his kid goes to school and that he worked in Alexandria...BUT what are his beliefs? What political position does he hold? Is he a strict Constitutionalist or middle road? Is he more inclined to living interpretations? WHAT?
Someone whack this journalist with a rubber chicken, please.

Interesting precedent. This could pose a way to end run some holds by rat senators.

I'm less concerned about Bush's non-Virginian appointment than I was about Clinton's un-American appointments...

I know it's not the same as a judicial nomination, but I know of a "woman" who went to another state to get "elected" as a "Senator" and even decided she was a fan of their baseball team. :o)
