While I agree with the above statement, I don't agree that this puts Hillary out of the picture.
Remember this: The dems didn't get it. The public got it - and they got rid of Davis. But .. the dems are still making excuses for the loss and trying to say this landslide was a referendum on "incumbents", and this means Bush is in trouble. I'm telling you .. the dems did not get it.

I'll believe it is more than an isolated disruption in the Clintonista hold on the Dem Party when Terry McCauluff is fired. As long as the DNC is run by the ultimate Clinton crony, a man implicated in some of the worst abuses of the era, they are still corruption central as far as I'm concerned.
