NC won't be a slam dunk, but I think Burr will beat Bowles, Blue, Etheridge or anyone else. Remember, this is the NC Senate seat that goes GOP on presidential election years and goes RAT on off years.

Roll Call said that Bowles was announcing his run, and Etheridge could follow soon. I hope Etheridge runs and (i)opens up his GOP-leaning House seat and (ii) creates a bloody three-way RAT primary where none of the candidates can get 40%, thus leading to an even nastier run-off.

I wouldn't quite go that far, and I'd assume it was made more Rat-friendly in the last round of redistricting? but it's winnable.
