I'm in Anne Arundel County, but have lots of family that live a few miles outside of Denton. I visit frequently. Which candidate are you looking to support? Which has the best chance? Or do you know?

Colburn will be in Severna Park speaking to a GOP club on Thursday. I look forward to seeing what he has to say, even though I'm not in the 1st CD.

As a CC member, and as someone who knows and likes both of these guys, I'm neutral for now. Colburn faces an uphill battle - Gilchrest is very highly regarded by everyone (including Dems) and easily trounced a very well-funded guy in last year's primary.

I've worked on Colburn's campaigns in the past and can testify that he is very experienced and tenacious. Let me know what you think of his speech Thursday night, and how he's received there.

That said, he broke RR's 11th commandment with a very harsh attack mailer last month.
