In the meantime, we are being deluged with the hateful commercials. Salmon has so much class. I was so upset with some of the anti-Matt commercials that I made a few calls to some of people who were responsible for them (eg. DNC of AZ). I told them that they surely helped me with my voting, that I was going to vote opposite of whoever they were backing as I was so disgusted with their campaigns. I told them that I would never vote Democrat again because I was tired of their shenanigans, and that if Napalitano, Mahoney, etc. were so great, they would be able to stand on their own without the nonsense. Truth be known, I have only voted Demoncrat once in my life (and I hang my head in shame). It was in 1976 and I was young, stupid and was rebelling against my parents. But,hey, they didn't have to know that. I let them think that I was a newly disenfranchised demon. :-D The response was like, "who cares."

I know what you mean about those slimy commercials. And it doesn't help to know that OUR tax money is paying for them, thanks to "Clean Elections."

Local TV news just showed President Bush boarding Air Force One. He got out of the limo and went directly up the stairs to the plane. No lingering with supporters. Saw Condi Rice getting out of the limo as well. Sure hope this visit gets the vote out for Matt Salmon and the rest of the Republican candidates.
