There's a bunch of other interesting campaign info at this link, including a poll showing incumbent Earl Pomeroy (D) with a 49-27 lead in ND-AL. The GOP had hopes of making that race competitive.

Poll Ping!

I'm also shocked that Feeley released that poll, unless maybe he has plans to release another poll showing that he's caught up or pulled ahead. Tim Johnson pulled that a few months ago. He presented a poll showing him up 2 points, then released a months-old poll that showed him down 5 points. This was supposed to be evidence that he had gained momentum.
Ethically-challenged Herrera wishes he were in a dead heat. The last two independent polls gave Porter double-digit leads.
To: BlackRazor
"The survey of 612 likely voters had Porter at 39 percent, Herrera at 38 percent, Independent Pete O'Neil at 8 percent, Independent American Richard Odell at 4 percent and Libertarian Neil Scott at 2 percent, with the remaining 11 percent undecided."
Who is this O'Neil person getting an unusually high 8% ?
"Conducted by Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates, the poll was in the field Sept. 4-7 and had a margin of error of 4 percent."
Mark Penn ?! Wasn't he Clinton's favorite pollster ? Jeez, I wouldn't trust his polling data one iota.

Libertarian Neil Scott at 2 percentWhen the LP comes in 5th in a 4 way race in Clark County NV, the LP is toast. Isn't this supposed to be their strongest county?
