Actually Schaefer continues to catch flak for his continuous record of making bigoted, racist and sexist statements - all, a matter of public record. Even the former state treasurer, a conservative Democrat, continues to chastise Schaefer for those.

Therefore, Alzona's reputation for having handed out TRT artwork is mild compared to the second most powerful man in Maryland's derogatory and tyrannical behavior towards ordinary citizens, women and minorities in particular.

Believe me I can't stand Schaefer, There is nothing more I would love to see is Alzona sned him into retirement. I couldn't stand Louis Goldstien when he was the Comptroller and I would love to be sending my Sales and Use Tax payments to the State Of Md. with Augustus Alzona's name on the form as the Comptroller of the Treasury. It would be the first time in 15 years (as a business owner) that I will have paid my retail sales to a conservative comptroller.

Got my Mom to vote for Alzona. I can't vote yet.. ;-)

I also mentioned Alzona to a few voters while working for Wade and Ehrlich. It was great, I was there the same time as Sipe's husband and exposed him while he tried to pass her off as pro-life.
