I'm well aware that Bill Salier has great support both in Des Moines and amongst the leadership of the Iowa GOP.
That's one of Bill's strongest suits, in my book. He has shown a remarkable ability to bridge old divisions in the Republican Party of Iowa. That's one of the things that makes him eminently electable.
My scorn is saved for those who are supporting Ganske because 'he has money', or 'he has held office', or 'he has paid his dues', or some such nonsense.
Highest regards...EV
Yea, many have thought Ganske was going to walk away with this thing. That's why they supported him.
Bill is slowly peeling away some of that support. As his campaign picks up momentum, his support will continue to grow. We must be patient. So far, so good.
