The hacks in Des Moines are beside themselves...they just can't understand how or why Bill Salier is kicking Ganske's b*tt.

It's a beautiful sight to behold, especially for me. I spent many years fighting against the very people who are backing Ganske.

Finally, Harkin will get the kind of challenge he deserves, and he can retire to his villa in the Bahamas.

If the American people knew how badly Harkin has sold us out to the communists for the last 30 years, he would go to prison as a traitor, instead. The name 'Commie Tommy' is literally true in Harkin's case.

Salier has had alleged "conservatives" ask him to drop out and endorse Ganske because if the primary is especially bitter, Ganske runs the risk of losing the conservatives altogether. Ex-Governor Terry Branstad sent out a letter to Republicans to "clear up the record" on Greg Ganske. It is posted in the Iowa locale. Bob Barr has also sent a letter into Iowa touting Ganske's pro-second amendment stance, even though he received a D in their latest ratings.

Barr's office and the NRA phone lines have all been flooded with angry Iowa conservatives.

Why are you assuming all the political hacks in Des Moines are supporting Ganske--they're not.

There are people saying things on this thread they know nothing about.
