Well ... starting tariff wars and blowing up export markets has a cost. Trump is rightly concerned with the trade deficit. But U.S. agriculture has always been a major exporter and it is catching a lot of the retaliation.

BS. He didn’t start any damn tariff war.

He rightly corrected the situation where the entire world put tariff and quotas on our exports while we barely did to theirs.

That stupid philosophy, for decades, sent good jobs overseas.

Tariffs and on food imports are being adjusted. So you want the USA to have a deindustrialized agrarian and mining economy? We fought a revolutionary war against that.
