These lower court Judges know full well their decisions are counter to law and purely politically motivated. They know full well that they will be overturned. The game they play is counting on it taking significant time before their BS is overturned as the case crawls through the appeals process.

Seems to me that, perhaps, the Court has had enough of that game.

There is almost always an explanation, if not it is because the reason for a ruling should be self evident to any person with an ounce of common sense and a soupcon of knowledge of the Constitution. Which leaves these judges out.

We should not be sanguine about recent Constitutional "wins" at SCOTUS.

Should the Dems ever regain power and appoint a new majority to SCOTUS, it will take them 5 minutes to re-instate Roe and invalidate Heller, Bruen and whatever other 2nd Amendment cases are out there. They will also find that DEI anti-white discrimination is fine and that any restrictions on trannies and the sexualization of children are Constitutional violations. You can count on it.

The only way to keep the Constitution safe is the suppression of the demonic Democratic Party and its voters.
