I could be wrong, but I don’t think you are the Governor of a State.
If you endorse someone, I don’t think you are in a position to enact legislation that could affect that business or competing businesses.
Think beyond this small situation, suppose some politician endorsed a particular stock or investment they personally owned or could manipulate that would be an issue.
I do not know where the fences are, on this kind of issue.
I also do not know the complexities of having a YouTube channel as a politician, because apparently you get some kind of income related to the number of viewers of your channel?
And, if the governor of State A travels to State M, buys a car there in State M, and then makes a video ala Noem did, endorsing the car dealerhip in State M . . . is that a violation of some campaign finance law/rule?
