Obviously there are a lot of details we don’t and can’t know about yet, but when is a crime where a someone is killed in their own home framed as if the killer was acting in self defense???
That just strikes as VERY ODD!
So in New Hampshah, killers can claim the “stand your ground defense” in their victim’s home? That sucks.

Yup, he was clearly in the wrong for invading his own home. Probably startled a burglar just minding his own business, which is something you should never do.
The Daily Mail article described him as a “staunch advocate” for the core values of the Republican Party.

Just ran across this from last year, vic is mentioned as running as a candidate, but he wasn’t with those talking about voter fraud...

With the election nearing wouldn’t surprise me if the count increases as it nears.
The woman in the picture is not his widow; it is Kelly Ann Ayotte, former Senator from New Hampshire.
Kelly Ann Ayotte is currently running for Governor of New Hampshire after Chris Sununu announced that he would not run again.

IF someone was in Talcott’s home, then any action Talcott was taking was self-defense.
Unless the guy was invited in, claiming the stabber who killed Talcott was acting in self-defense just doesn’t ring true.
I have some friends who just moved from Durham and am going to ask what they heard about it.
