The whole ethanol mandate is based on the 17th Amendment. It is a perfect reason why the 17th Amendment needs to be repealed

The legislation that created this whole ethanol mandate was clearly a collusion between party bosses, K Street and Industry along with the US Senate. Prior to the 17th Amendment being in place there would be no possible way this type of legislation would ever leave the US Senate.
The 17th Amendment equals the uniparty and all the bad stuff that goes along with it.
