Don’t hold your breath. The effort being worked right now has nothing to do with the election of 2020. It is an effort to try to identify and recreate the illegal actions and the possibility of them being used in further elections. The 2020 is certified and whether it was illegally reached or not, it will not be changed. There is nothing in the Constitution that indicates that can happen. It was up to the states to consider that possibility before it was sent to congress for certification. The running of a valid election is states rights. Congress only tabulates what they sent and using the electoral college determines the winner.
At the center of the push however is Arizona, where the private company hired by the Republican-controlled state Senate continues its review of more than 2 million Maricopa County ballots for fraud. With former President Donald Trump and others on the right following that count closely — despite it having no legal ability to overturn the result — GOP officials and voters have pushed for similar probes in at least five other states. But so far, there has been nothing the courts would consider illegal or would not let the information be found for legal reasons not in the effort being taken. Things like paperwork and out of state efforts not applying to the state being questioned are popping up. Legal red tape.
In Georgia, a judge last month awarded a group of plaintiffs, a limited review of mail-in ballots in Fulton County. (That effort is still being litigated.) In Wisconsin, the Republican state House speaker recently hired a team of retired police officers and an attorney to probe the 2020 election. Tnhat effort is being stonewalled.
But this is not to overturn anything. It is to identify people that accomplished the illegal work and force the states to arrest and try them. Then the identified action is out in the open as valid and efforts to not allow it to happen again will have to be created before the next election. But the liberals in the states are fighting this tooth and nail. And before it actually can happen, none of us will be around. So, it’s very obvious they have something to hide. But they don’t care and will stall everyone out of their world to hide it so they can reek havoc with the current system with laws, and executive orders, to change it to where it can’t be improved. Tis is why they are after the court system.
