I’m sure that’s partly it but I’m equally sure that there is policy passed down from the higher ups as to what you can and can’t say.

Example : when we think about or discuss Hearst and the type os stuff he published - we don’t (typically) mention the individual reporters’ name. We recognize that the policy came from top down. I wonder who the Hearst is for the Daily Mail and what their backstory is.
