Even if the Chinese released it intentionally, the governments of the world would never admit it, because the release of a virus that has killed 600,000 Americans and millions around the world would obviously be an act of war and the people would demand that China be destroyed (if not by direct war, then by cutting off trade, all communication, etc.). China has too much $$$ influence on the elite for them to let the truth come out.
