If we lose the court case, just begin becoming sanctuary states regarding firearms et al. Worked for the left.

You can collect your Soc Sec living outside of the US but you are not covered by Medicare.

That is correct.

Rush Limbaugh Warns: America Could Be ‘Trending Toward Secession’

BY
DECEMBER 10, 2020 AT 10:44AM

Conservative radio icon Rush Limbaugh believes the political landscape in America makes it possible that the nation is “trending toward secession.”

Limbaugh, a Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient and legend in broadcasting, made the observation during a broadcast of his show on Wednesday.

A question was posed by his producer wondering if Republicans would ever be able to win elections again if they’re not able to make headway in strongly blue cities and states.

Limbaugh began by noting elections had been won without the help of blue states in years past, but then injected the notion of culture in the equation.

“I thought you meant ‘Can we win the culture, can we dominate the culture?” he said to producer James Golden, aka Bo Snerdley.

“I actually think that we’re trending toward secession,” Limbaugh surmised. “I see more and more people asking what in the world do we have in common with the people who live in, say, New York?”

“What is there that makes us believe that there is enough of us there to even have a chance at winning New York, especially if you’re talking about votes?”

No, you don’t need to make nice with the cities in a secession. The whole state goes for us. And no, it’s not unconstitutional and it also doesn’t matter if it is. Founders wrote armed revolution for the sake of liberty into our blood.

The late, great Walter E. Williams was saying this 20 years ago.

Honestly, I don’t know how we can come back together and compromise.

The leftist have gone soooo far left. The leftist have abandoned patriotism, American culture, tradition.

The leftist have pushed abortion up until birth, LBGTQLMNOP, globalism, socialism, pro-communist China, Green New Deal, Iran nuke deal, Paris climate accord.

Under leftist control, particularly under Obozo, we’ve seen America in decline. The new normal. Sub-2% growth. Remember the “tiny houses” craze? Yea, convince Americans to lower their standards.

Thus Wall Street is moving to Texas.

For those who are touting the “Texit” they might be surprised after most of the Medicare recipients leave (or are deported) that the electorate looks rather blue. Especially after another number of years of California move-ins.

Maybe. But a post-Texit legislature decides who is and isn't a citizen.

Massive election fraud is a nullification of the US Constitution.

The “Union” would be seceding from states with honest elections.

Better than secession - which would not work, since they will come for us once they’ve fouled their nests, again - is to split NY, IL, MI into a blue city-state and a red rural-state. Then the blues don’t need to worry about pesky election integrity laws and such.

I don’t think rewarding thieves with half the country and the lives and fortunes of millions of patriotic Americans that would be at their mercy is the correct course, or the moral one.

All the secessionists are doing is propping up the Chinese (formerly the USSR’s) efforts to destroy America. Don’t let the thieves get away with it, strengthen voter laws and prosecute election fraud to the full extent of the law (including shooting traitors if they colluded with foreign powers) and we won’t have a blue problem any more. It’s been a long time since the ‘Rats won many elections legally and fairly. They have been a minority party cheating into power and lying about their popularity to cover the crime.

When you’re talking secession, whether it is constitutional or not is moot. Frankly, whoever wins the shooting war gets to decide whether it was constitutional or not.

But, as the right of self-determination is the most fundamental principle underpinning the Constitution itself, arguing that it isn’t constitutional is the same as arguing that the Constitution isn’t valid in the first place.

Can’t we just push Boston, New York, Philthydelphia, Baltimore, ....
into the ocean and Chicago into the lake?

There isn’t clear lines anymore.

It would be like the Indian Partition. Or what happened to ethnic Germans after WWII. Forced marches into the new areas.

And that is honestly the nice solution.

We already have cultural secession. Political secession is inevitable.

We split by county. Red counties get the USA and blue gets the bankrupt slums they created.

Ping. All this talk of secession, and no mention of slavery as a reason for doing it. :)

Yet people are leaving blue states in droves.

Unfortunately, most of them bring their politics with them. Witness West California, formerly known as Colorado.

I certainly wouldn’t be sorry to see the socialists go. Let them. We’ll all be happier.
