Fair? You're getting off into liberal mindset, and capitulation, if you ask me, and you know I generally enjoy your posts. Fair is following the law as it exists, not creating feel good new ones. The Constitution already covers this specific issue, satisfactorily. If they broke the law, more new laws and giving them a second chance is certainly not the answer.

I don’t disagree. This is all just mental speculation, but do consider that my proposed remedy (if possible at all) would be the least harsh penalty for the obvious fraud that occurred.

On top of that, it would prove the fraud, which is an added benefit.

I am sure it won’t happen. By law, the votes in that county cannot be fixed and they should be tossed. The problems there are so bad that those in charge should be jailed in a sane world. How could you muck up something this badly unless it was deliberate?
