Here is an irony..... SCOTUS could invalidate the returns from that election by stating that there is no way to verify the vote. The only remedy would be for that specific county to hold a special election to gather a new vote.

Biden says he won, so why would he be worried? Oh yeah, no vote will be counted unless it is viewed by both parties poll watchers.

You are right, I don’t believe there is any way to fix these ballots now and it certainly appears that this was a deliberate act.

No, not hold a new vote necessarily

The state legislatures could appoint the electors

Dec 12 is the deadline

Many would have to go this route in order to ha e their states ec votes in by dec 12.

There’s no Constitutional provision for a Presidential re-vote. The state legislatures decide who gets the Electors. In which case, these key states with the fraud have GOP legislatures that will have to select the Trump Electors (GA, MI, WI, PA & AZ).

That re vote at that location must be vote in-person with their ID checked against voter registry if any
