I have never worked in a ballot processing facility, therefore I must accede to your information as correct.

I still think it will be a monumental job for example....
to locate ballots of 20,000 dead voters from the stacks of millions of ballots.

Our election system is worse than the banana republic of Honduras. It is ridiculously easy to harvest ballots mailed out unsolicited. And there were more voters voting over age 105 than is statistically possible.

And worse of all it is ridiculous to accept 130,000 ballots all voting only for president and 99% for Biden and no votes for ANY DOWN LIST candidates.

And of course there were “GLITCHES” which always switched votes from Trump to Biden. That is not a glitch. Software glitches do not favor anyone.

The ballots have a scan code on them the ballot ALSO has a matching bar code to match the one on the envelopes!!!!

If the dead voter’s paper ballot must be retrieved from stacks of ballots to find out whom he voted for (necessary step to adjust total votes) that would be extremely time consuming.

Agreed. Once the ballot is separated from the signed envelope and moved to a different room, there's no way to track it back to the voter. Once a fraudulent or dubious ballot gets to that point (unless it's in the pile of PA ballots that Alito ordered set aside), a bad ballot can't be stopped, unless there's some sort of marking on it or "special appearance" that, for instance, shows that an election worker "helped the voter" by erasing stray marks that might have invalidated it, or fully filled in partially-marked ovals that in their judgment were supposed to have been a vote by the voter. (Eg, like in 2000 when dimpled chads were pushed out by workers.)

OTOH I have heard claims that at least some places put hidden watermarks on ballots that contain info sufficient to ID the voter. And that for some ballots, the bar code can tell you the voter's name, rather than just the precinct and/or ballot type that is necessary to let the counting machine know what the downstream races are so it knows which candidate or ballot issue a filled-in oval represents by its position on the page + the ballot type.

Also, even for the upstream ballot races, my understanding is that they print half with the major (R) candidates first and the rest with the (D)'s first, to not favor one over the other. So in those cases the barcode tells the machine how to interpret the ovals by telling it which ballot type it is.

But I have no idea if these two rumors are true, re "determining from a naked ballot who voted it".

We can’t prove that. It’s probably not even true.

Heck, it might have been smart for Biden folks to have cast a few fraudulent Trump ballots. Then they can claim, Trump does it, too.
