What I am getting at like here in NY state. Ballots have to be different from one town to another because we have local officials running, house of rep for our district, etc.
Good point, like I said I don’t know if it’s true. Just thought people might be interested in knowing that this rumor is out there.
Of course, you’re assuming the alleged Chinese ballots would be marked for every race. While I suspect this is just a hoax, if it is true then you would expect that nothing on those ballots other than the presidential race would matter, and therefore nothing else would be marked.
I don’t know how the counting works, but if it is just done by machine, or if counting room employees in on the scam just make sure that they alone count the fraudulent ballots (perhaps explaining why observers would be kept away), then it might be plausible.
