Twitter locked the account of CPB Commissioner Mark Morgan over a post that touted the progress and effectiveness of the wall on the southern border.
The tweet claimed that “walls work” and that “every mile helps us stop gang members, murderers, sexual predators and drugs from entering our country,” according to a screenshot provided to The Federalist.
Twitter said Morgan violated the company’s rules against “hateful conduct.”
“You may not promote violence against, threaten, or harass other people on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, disability, or serious disease,” Twitter’s message reads.

So Twitter exercises their right to control who or what is on their platform but considers it racist for a country to do the same thing with their borders.

I’ve never used it myself - don’t even like talking on the phone let alone typing messages on a keyboard the size of a cracker.
None of the following posted by Morgan goes against the Twitter standard below:

This notion I have is partly a question because I don’t know if it is supported by existing law or precedent. So, cannot the Feds file criminal charges against Twitter et al for violation of 1st Amendment rights with charges both as a corporation and individually against Sr. Managers and the Board of Directors?

I understand......have we not given them special treatment such as tax breaks and the like? That alone should be revisited. Free speech should be for everyone.....they allow these leftists to threaten, browbeat, intimidate those they disagree with and some on the right are taken down just for repeating or reporting things that might look bad for the left. I wish we had alternative sites to go to. I’m on FB for friends and family but also podcasts from the Conservative point of view. Maybe one day there will be alternatives and FB, Twitter and others will go by the wayside.
Partner, Twitter & Facebook CEO’s need a punch in the mouth by President Trump. The Google CEO is a foreigner so he should be fired plus he does not like Americans.

Congress needs to split them up, put a leash on them and/or take their 230 special protection away from them after Trump wins a second term.
