I agree? Teddy, you are correct, but please Stop Lecturing! You’re NOT going to make these people feel any guilt, shame or sense of duty. Start fining, and legislating new damn rules or nothing will ever, ever change!
I agree, scolding does nothing. When they violate the law, criminal punishment is needed. Whether it be jail, financial or something else, it needs to be tangible. A scolding only teaches them that no matter what they do, there are no real consequences. Nothing will change for the better. They will only push harder.
