Bobulinski is completely credible in my opinion. However, he seemed to be willing to go along with the original deal knowing that a possible future president would be compromised by the Chinese and knowing that Hunter was working deals to enrich his family around the world even if he didn't know the exact details.
It was only when he was smeared and accused of being a Russian agent and more importantly cut out of the money that he decided to come public with what he knew.
All of this was AFTER the lap top became public. I think he's trying to cover his a**.
He's not a "patriot" in my books.
