If Facebook is calling him a liar, that would be actionable in court as defamation.

Who relies on Facebook for news? No one I know. My guess is this will slow Tucker’s roll not at all.

If Obama and Holder were around the entire DOJ, FCC and FEC would be brought down like Thor’s hammer on Facebook. But Trump has ball-less Bagpipe Barr who won’t do a godamned thing.

No one can silence Tucker Carlson. He is by far the most powerful and influential TV news personality in the country. And he doesn't need Facebook to reach his audience. I am not even on Facebook. These tech giants overestimate their importance.

Clearly Tucker is right over the target if he’s getting this much flack from the big tech companies.
Good job Mr. Carlson. Please keep hitting them where it hurts with the truth.

During the next four years of the Trump Administration, I hope that this sort of in kind campaign contributions to the DNC are addressed. I suspect that the new court will uphold the law.

Tucker needs to sue FB in federal court, and have his attorney file the case as an emergent matter, with a request for a Temporary Restraining Order against FB until there can be a trial on the merits (after the election, of course). Then he should get a permanant RO.
But the real solution is to either strip FB (and Twitter, Google, YouTube, etc.) of all protections from lawsuits based on the content, since they are actively managing the content (as opposed to being a neutral site that let’s ALL people post without such restrictions). That, or break them up. There needs to be MAJOR payback, and MAJOR restructuring of how the news is presented and how communications are made in this country after the election. Otherwise, we are going to live in a complete tyranny.
