Hispanics do not like black americans. period.
I think that’s only part of it.
Many of the Hispanics know what life is like under socialism and what would happen here if the dems took control of the federal government.
We will find out, presently, if these theoretical minority votes outweigh all the white votes Trump is giving up.

a real outreach to those communities
most R campaign speeches and events and rallies seem to have been in other communities and it can even look like the R campaigners don’t want support or votes from them
just saying this has been noticed by many, I do not claim it has been universal! it just seems to happen often enough to be quite noticable is all, ergo my little comment
there are lots of potential voters that could be attracted if the campaigns (at least, some campaigns pre-DJT’s) reached out better for them
