Ok, I get it, and "inconclusive" means that no candidate won a majority of the electors. But how could Trump unilaterally "throw" it to the House unless no one won a majority of electoral votes? If Biden wins a majority, Trump has no power to do that, and if no one wins a majority, the Constitution demands it. Bernstein is still nuts.
