Well, if enough states can’t certify their electoral votes, there’s going to be a big argument over whether you need a majority of the total available, or only a majority of the total that got certified.
If the former, the constitution, not the white house, sends the election to the house, where the supposedly new seated house will vote.
Note though that the house races will be in turmoil. And you know who gets to decide which election results for house races get recognized? The LAST CONGRESS, the one rubber-stamped by Pelosi.
All Pelosi needs to do is have her team reject as “too close to call” a dozen republican seats, and then the democrats will have the majority they need to seat their candidate.
Unless Trump can manage to pull off a pretty good lead in enough states, I fear this election will in fact be stolen by democrats, and the media will support it.
