All three men charged with the murder of Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia entered not guilty pleas on Friday.
The story: George McMichael, 64, his son, Travis McMichael, 34, and their neighbor William Bryan, 50, were indicted at the end of June. The McMichaels were charged with aggravated assault and murder, while Bryan was charged with murder and attempt to commit false imprisonment.
They pleaded not guilty to all nine counts.
The defense: Bryans attorneys are looking to ask the judge to set bail for his client, TMZ reported, and filed a motion and a list of more than 50 questions for potential jurors for the trial to ensure that theyre not biased.

They did not talk to him. They did not demand he stop.
The dad finally, belatedly called 911.
Then the son stepped around the front of the truck and shot Aubery in the chest.
Pro tip: Call the police at the START of the chase next time.
