Because there's two different Black Lives Matters at play here. One is a supposed mindset or concept, the other is an official money laundering operation.

It's important to keep up the pretense of the concept that black lives matter in order for the money to keep flowing into Black Lives Matters, the fundraising operation.

That money is then directed to ActBlue which funnels money to The DNC and/or demonicRAT candidates.
