It is racism, pure and simple.
It’s also an insult. It says ‘I’m too stupid to gain entry on my own’.
It actually will hurt the Asians most. They have a ton more qualified students that will now be turned away. You’d think this would get them to vote for trump, but no. They won’t.
Also clear lack of due process. Surely the board of regents doesn’t have veto power over the voters?
