Michelle Obama admits in the new Netflix documentary Becoming that having children was a 'concession' that cost her her 'aspirations and dreams' after she rose to become Barack's equal.
The documentary was released on Netflix on Wednesday and sees the former first lady narrate parts of her life from when she was a child to meeting Barack, their time in the White House and what she now hopes to do with her time.
Among the revelations she makes is that when she met her husband, she felt she had to rise to become his 'equal'.
'My relationship with Barack was all about our equal partnership.

There's plenty of other good stuff to watch on it...like "The Last Kingdom" based on Bernard Cornwell's "The Saxon Stories" series. There's crap no matter where you go for entertainment. You just pick and choose what you want to watch. I enjoy foreign detective mysteries, and period programs, and there are plenty to choose from.
I did know it could have kids. I was thinking they were adopted all this time.

Michelle Obama has been given a show by PBS starting next week, the taxpayer funded network announced Friday. The timing of the announcement comes after Democrats marked $75 million for PBS’s parent the Corporation for Public Broadcasting in the coronavirus relief bill that passed at the end of March.
Newsbusters reported the $75 million is on top of the $465 million given CPB in the current year’s federal budget, which is an increase of $20 million over the previous year. Local PBS and NPR stations receive funding from CBP as well as donations from the public, businesses and charitable foundations.
