She went on vacation to Mexico.
She was not self quarantining.
Who knows what she might’ve brought back with her.
When you have an abdominal infection you do not need to wear a mask, as she was seen wearing in her hospital room. Also, the nurse wears the mask when the patient is in the room, not the patient.
