Since they didn’t, oh well, they shouldn’t complain. The teenaged girls involved with Jeffrey Epstein’s ring, some say, were just making their own decisions to be sex workers. Same with Weinstein: for some, he’s a real alpha male, having transactional interactions with other free agents, because he can.
I brought this up the other evening when I was having drinks with my 23-year-old son. He said that attitude is not prevalent among the young men he knows at work, in college, and in his social life. For the sake of his sisters and other young women, I hope his perception is accurate.
