I think we’ve apologized enough in terms of affirmative action, handouts and quotas over the years.

Why would any sane person ever think that doing more of the same would yield different results?

I’m actually very open to the idea of providing a reasonable lump sum payment to any Black American who was 21 years of age or older when the Civil Rights act took effect.
