Heh - yeah - same page - but in my industry (software) 'disruptive' could be what you said, or it could be a pernicious little virus or bug (alas, but what is a lefty if not a pernicious little virus or bug?) that takes down the principled/logical order of the system and makes for havoc, system crashes, blocked message flows, stock plunges and potentially dead people.
