Its been a long time sense I posted anything and I'm a little rusty but now I feel compelled to reach out for help. Jay Sekulow, Rudy Giuliani, Judicial Watch if any of you read this, please help.
I stand ready to file a class action lawsuit against the congress of the United States if they commit the unconstitutional act of filing impeachment charges against President Trump. The constitution says a president can only be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors. So far what they have does not even come close to that requirement.
I feel that if they impeach the President with false charges, that will leave me and millions of other Americans who voted for President Trump disenfranchised.
The House knows the Senate will not remove the President from office. They just want to campaign against him "as the impeached President". The court must not allow this unconstitutional act to stand.
Mr. President if you are reading this please file a defamation lawsuit against that little weasel Adam Schiff for reading a made up story, based completely on lies, in the Intel Committee. There are countless of people that heard that disgusting rant and thought he was reading from the official transcript. It is not alright that he came back later and said it was just a parody. The damage had already been done.
