I think buying them from us with our money at gunpoint is pretty clearly taking them in violation of the Constitution that legimitizes him.

And it is also a declaration of war by that illegitimate government.

"He ain’t buying them back, he said he was “taking them!”"

Yes he said "we are going to take your AR15's and AKs". While I'm not a lawyer, In my opinion this amounts to a terroistic threat.

In the State of Texas a terrorist threat is defined as follows. It appears beto violated Part 2. and 5. of the statute. Maybe the people of Texas should be contacting Attorney General, Ken Paxton.

TERRORISTIC THREAT

(a) A person commits an offense if he threatens to commit any offense involving violence to any person or property with intent to:

1 cause a reaction of any type to his threat[s] by an official or volunteer agency organized to deal with emergencies;

2 place any person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury;

3 prevent or interrupt the occupation or use of a building; room; place of assembly; place to which the public has access; place of employment or occupation; aircraft, automobile, or other form of conveyance; or other public place;

4 cause impairment or interruption of public communications, public transportation, public water, gas, or power supply or other public service;

5 place the public or a substantial group of the public in fear of serious bodily injury; or

6 influence the conduct or activities of a branch or agency of the federal government, the state, or a political subdivision of the state.

“He ain’t buying them back...”

That would be rather difficult, considering that he probably didn’t sell most of them.

The thing NOBODY seems to be mentioning is that Beto said “He’ll yes I am coming for your AR15’s and AK 47’s ....and weapons designed for the battle field”. Think bolt action 30-06, 45 APC, 9mm, most revolvers, most lever action carbines, along with an assortment of knives etc. There are a lot of guns he is coming for!

The government can’t ‘buy them back’ if they never sold the guns to you in the first place.

What they’re really saying is when they confiscate your guns they give you some money. If you don’t accept the money they’ll take your guns without paying you.
