For a lot of people it comes down to likability. Fortunately for Trump he was running against people that weren’t that likable like Cruz and Hillary. It also always come down to comparative choices.
Trump won because of the border wall, trade and the economy. He was what nationalists and patriots wanted AND STILL WANT. He was the non globalist. If you don’t get that by now then you will never get it.
Agree. But now many Trump voters are p.o.at him for his unrelenting crudeness and there will likely be more appealing opponents than the 2016 crop.
He will need to win more voters and he better get his act together.
