Making attendance mandatory should be illegal, shouldn’t it?
Lake County Indiana is 90% Democrat - it is the most corrupt county in the US. The employees are still required to contribute weekly to the “flower Fund” which is supposed be for employees who died or are in the hospital. It is really a kick back to the Department Manager to keep your job. County employees are caught on a regular basis doing campaign work on County time. Forcing them to attend a political rally on a weekend is part of the job. Anyone who complains will be fired.
