If you watch another segment on the said "Morning Joe", health care issue rates amongst 16 out of 100 (i.e., 16%)as the top concern.
What they didn't mention is that Jobs (Joe Biden's famous three-letter-word), and immigration (illegal immigration, that is) are the top two issues. Then the economy rounded up top three.
Of course, Democrats won't/can't run on those issues, as they are losing badly. Other than that, Chuckie Schumer, carry on.
