That lingering question for over twenty years for the working-class guy who leaned ‘Democrat’....what’s in it for me?
Barely answered a decade ago...it’s now more or less a totally unanswerable question. The DNC ‘bus’ took off and left these people standing there. Trump has picked them up and there’s no real glory left for the Democratic Party. The Democratic ‘brand’ needs rebranding.
There’s nothing Democratic about the Democrats. They went socialists with Tip O’Neil and Ted (do you know how to swim) Kennedy following FDR and company. McCarthy was right.
The DNC is now the party of the non-Working Man.
