It is comforting to hear Flake say that, since he is wrong about everything else.
Flake is toast because the swamp draining will accelerate. The Republican Party like the Phoenix will be reborn under President Donald Trump.

Senator Flake is one of the most aptly named people I know about.

Flake is trying to out do Hillary as a sore loser, and he did the French surrender monkey routine without a fight.. At least Hillary sort of tried to win. Jeff Flake = SORE LOSERBOY! Maybe he can get another island survivor gig on a TV show nobody watches.

Trump won, Moore was cruising to a huge win before the contrived attacks on him (and will probably win anyway), and Flake cannot win his own primary (and if he did, would lose in the general), and Flake sees the winners as “toast.”
I would interpret that statement as admitting that if Donald Trump and Roy Moore get control of the GOP, RINOs are toast.
