“I really wish we had nominated someone else in 2000 “

Most people felt that way then. They anointed Little W, just like they tried to anoint Yeb.

I didn’t feel that way then. I believed in him. But, in hindsight, its pretty clear he is just a member of the Uniparty. Can’t help but wonder if Bill Clinton knew that GWB was going to win.

The choice between W and McCain was a tough one. Worst mistake ever was Reagan sticking with Bush in the second term and supporting him for President because he had been supposedly loyal. It turns out he was laying the groundwork to stab conservatism and all of us in the back. He was just biding his time. We never really had a chance after Bush ! took over the RNC to nominate a real conservative. So many bad things happened to our nation due to Bush 1 following Reagan—Clinton, the rise of Islam, the deep state, political correctness, unlimited mexican immigration changing our demographics, NSA spying on Americans, China’s obtaining long range missiles, NK obtaining Nukes, Iran still being a threat, Saudi exporting radicalism to all parts of the world. It all stems from Bush 1, and Bush 2 continued his legacy. They both can go to hell.
