I’m pretty sure Ted Cruz endorsed Trump at some time during the election.
I looked it up, and apparently he did. He got a spanking after that Convention "vote your conscience" speech when the Party officials shut the door on him at the after-event conference. Must have awakened him. He has been behaving very civilly since then. Have to give the man credit for that.
