I agree. Plus the Mooch hasn't got the brain power of a peanut. Even if the Wookie were carried all the way up to the top of that post, which would take a lot of people, she, like the post turtle, wouldn't have a clue about what to do. She's too mean-sprited and stubborn to ask Barry. She would probably let ValJar run everything from behind the scenes just like Barry did.
I have a better idea; indict, prosecute, and jail the obama's and their entire Administration for the next 40 years. That's where they deserve to be anyway.
